What size engagements do you take on?
Small engagements are welcome. Start with a $150 troubleshooting session for up to two hours, a $450 focused review, or MSP engineering from $65/hour. Larger migrations and ongoing managed IT are scoped separately.
How quickly can you start?
You will get a reply within 1–2 business days, and assessments usually begin within two weeks of signing. If something is actively on fire, say so in your message, triage moves faster.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Remote-first across the United States, with on-site time where the work genuinely demands it, network cutovers, hardware, leadership workshops. Location has never been the constraint on quality; communication cadence is, and ours is weekly and written.

The method, diagnose, design, build in verified stages, document, applies across sectors, and we bring qualified specialists when a domain demands them. We do not claim regulatory expertise we have not demonstrated; every engagement starts by learning your operating context.
How does pricing work?
Fixed-price sessions and reviews, hourly MSP support, scoped projects, per-user managed IT, and monthly advisory. Every number is agreed in writing before work starts. See the pricing page for current figures.
Who actually does the work?
The senior engineer you meet in the first conversation stays on the engagement start to finish. Specialists join for specific expertise under the same accountability, your point of contact never changes, and nothing is handed to a bench you have never met.
