The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and what you send us stays between us.
What this site collects
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. It does not use advertising trackers. When you submit a form, our server processes the information and sends it to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not maintain a separate form-submission database. Temporary request counters and submission hashes help prevent abuse and duplicate requests.
Information you send us
When you contact us, through the inquiry form or by writing to hello@komarsh.com, we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, organization, and a description of your project. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell or rent it. Inquiry submissions do not subscribe you to marketing. If you submit the Relay early-access form, we use your email address to manage your request and contact you about Relay early access. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts, typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser sends Google a standard web request (including your IP address) when a page loads. Google's privacy policy governs that request.
- Hosting, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and operations, as virtually all web hosts do.
If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this policy first.
Client information
Information shared with us during an engagement, systems documentation, credentials, business details, is treated as confidential by default, is accessed only by the people working on your engagement, and is governed by the terms of your agreement, which take precedence over this page.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@komarsh.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version and effective date at the top of this page change with it.
