MICROSOFT PROJECTS & MSP SUPPORT
Standalone help with Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online. No managed IT agreement required.
Investigate one defined Microsoft issue, with findings and next steps.
A review of one workload: Entra ID, Intune, or Exchange Online.
Assigned project and troubleshooting work under your client relationship.
All prices are in USD. Licensing, third-party tools, travel, and after-hours coverage are excluded unless quoted. Additional work is scoped and priced separately before proceeding. Session and project start dates depend on availability.
MONTHLY / SLA-BACKED
Your IT run properly, every day: helpdesk, monitoring, patching, security operations, and vendor management under one flat, accountable agreement.
FROM $1,500 SMALL TENANTS / 5 BUSINESS DAYS
The recommended first step. Every gap in Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Defender: found, ranked by real risk, and mapped to a plan you can execute with us or without us.
SMALL PROJECTS WELCOME / TIMELINE AGREED BY SCOPE
Implementation work: migrations, security programs, automations, builds. Scoped after an initial conversation, with paid discovery only when needed. Larger projects are billed by milestone, with each stage verified.
MONTHLY / PAUSE OR CANCEL ANYTIME
Senior technical judgment on retainer: architecture decisions, vendor accountability, security oversight, and a direct line when something consequential comes up.
If a remediation project follows within 90 days of your M365 Security Assessment, the full assessment fee is credited against that project. The $450 focused review is a separate offer. Clarity should never cost you twice.
Government agencies and prime contractors: rate-card and contract-vehicle pricing available on request. Firm-fixed-price, T&M, and labor-hour structures supported.
PRICING THAT FITS THE WORK
Choose a fixed price for defined deliverables or hourly support for evolving needs. Hourly work has an agreed budget and documented time.
We confirm access, exclusions, and the handoff before starting. Work beyond the agreed scope or hourly budget requires your approval.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Three things: the number of systems touched, the migration risk involved, and how much verification the environment demands. The quote you receive itemizes all three, so you can see exactly what moves the number, and what to cut if you want it lower.
The assessment methodology applies to any environment, we scope a general systems assessment at a comparable fixed fee. That said, the Microsoft stack is where our depth is; if you're planning a move to Microsoft 365, the assessment doubles as migration groundwork.
No. The first call and the written next-step recommendation that follows it are free. Fees begin only when a scoped engagement is signed.
Small discoveries are absorbed, that risk is priced in. If you request a genuine scope change, we quote it as a written addendum you approve before it starts. The original number never drifts silently.
None that are mandatory. Every project ends with documentation and handover designed for independence. Some clients keep a fractional advisory retainer afterward; that is a choice, not a dependency.
